Sensitivity

Looking around,

Provokes me to wonder about the ocean of emotions,

People hold in their eyes,

And the wounded heart wrapped in the mirage of shadows,

Screaming to escape from everything,

And to never reach anywhere,

As their hearts are emerging from waves of the past,

Sailing in form of hurt, sorrow, and guilt,

Hurting others unintentionally,

As they live in the illusion of order and control,

While deep down in their spirit failure exists,

I observe people through unspoken words and suppress feelings,

Hiding beneath secret gestures,

To describe the art of losing as an aspect of reality,

As I choose to stay and be someone’s someone,

To discover the inner strength behind the veils of fear,

To find silence in between mysterious conversations,

To encounter humor in their laughter,

To see tears comfortably numb in the way of living,

And to discover the emptiness at the core,

Sharing the bond through understanding each other,

While we sit comfortably with nobody,

To feel everything deeply and hold nothing.
